LIFT Partners With New Redditch Gym

The team at LIFT are delighted to announce that we have partnered with a new strength and fitness gym in Redditch

After building up our home based clinic over the last year we are delighted to say we have a new home and HQ! LIFT will be moving into the ‘The Body Box’ with full access to the gym’s facilities. Harry (also known as @trainedbyhaz on social media) has set out on a mission to create the best functional gym facility in Redditch and has invested heavily in fantastic equipment.

Having a facility as good as this is exciting for us as physiotherapists as we will be able to offer evidence based care and encourage clients to take part in regular resistance based exercises.
